This workshop is about uncovering the limiting roles that hold us back and letting them be free.

Within all of us lies the union of the Divine feminine and masculine which is powerful beyond measure. Through out life we take on different roles, identities and archetypes to survive.

These roles keep us safe sometimes, for example, Victim, Judge, Clown, Pleaser, Critic, King/Queen, Magician and so on and can prevent us from connecting  with our innate power/divinity within.

The day will involve the tapping technique EFT, visualisations, powerful meditations as well as chanting to connect within - to connect with the power within.

There will be freshly pressed juices and healthy lunch, all of which should leave you feeling refreshed, focused and inspired.

Please feel free to bring along your own journals to record your notes for the day.
