Meditation is a very simple and easy process of quieting the mind and going within to contemplate on oneself. This process enables deep relaxation, peace, harmony and total balance. A meditative state can be reached in many ways:

  • Self induced by simple quieting the mind, focusing on the breathe and relaxing

  • Induced by listening to relaxing music (link to inner talk)

  • Listening to someone else who guides you through the process
