Hypnosis
uses guided introspection to enable the client to fall into a deep restful
state and yet be fully conscious. Some refer to this state as a “trance” or
sub-conscious state.
While in the trance the Hypnotist works with the clients subconscious mind to change behaviours to enable health, healing and well-being. It is important to note that the client will only be able to respond to suggestions that their sub-conscious wants to accept.
