Marketing involves answering many WHAT questions by a combination of market research as well as connecting with your intuition. For example WHAT:
  • Do you customers want?
  • Is your vision for your business?
  • Makes you unique and your offering special?
  • Product or service will you offer?
  • Differentiates your offering?
  • Are your customers buying from you (not what are you selling)?
  • Is your price point?
Then we move to HOW question. For example HOW:

  • Will you get the word out about your services?
  • Will you know your customers are satisfied?

Then we move to WHERE questions. For example WHERE:

  • Will your client sessions be carried out?
  • Will you conduct your trainings and worskhops?

Once you have answered the questions to the above start to structure it into the following headings:

Our unique proposition is...
Our promotional message (tag line) is...
Our promotional strategy involves...(e.g networking..adverstising..seo...word of mouth...etc)
Our promotional materials are (e.g website, business cards, leaflet)
Our price points are...(e.g £XX per session or £XXX for a block of X sessions)
Our places of service are...(e.g..phone, skype, face to face, in a clinic...)
